In this project NGOs, local communities and police from various European countries are involved. It is funded by the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry of Family, Seniors, Women and Youth.
Our working style has been cooperative and texts have been discussed and optimized in respectful discussions. Nevertheless, due to different cultural backgrounds a consensus could not always be reached. So far, our contributions reflect cultural diversity as well. We all put much more work and committment into this manual than intended and expected. We are proud of what we have achieved.
